We keep it simple, fast, and reliable.

Domestic Shipping (USA only):
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. No international shipping at this time.

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates:
We offer flat-rate shipping through USPS other than UPS. Final cost is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Free Shipping Threshold:
Orders $45 and up ship free — no code needed.

Order Tracking:
As soon as your order ships, we’ll send a tracking link so you can keep an eye on it from door to door.

Shipping Issues:
If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, contact us at support@civlsupply.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll work with carriers and get it resolved fast.
