All sales are final.
Due to the nature of grooming products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been opened or used.

Wrong item? Damaged in transit?
Reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@civlsupply.com. Include your order number and a clear photo of the issue. Qualifying issues include:

  • Wrong item received

  • Dented tin

  • Leaking balm

  • Broken slide mechanism

If it’s our mistake, we’ll make it right — fast.

If a return is approved due to an error or damage, we’ll cover return shipping. Otherwise, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
